My name is Dana R. I have recently used the Dr. Ho Digestive Detox and have had great success with the product. I did for 2 months and can honestly say that it made a world of difference. I have suffered with digestion problems for a couple of years and since using the Digestive Detox these problems have no longer been a problem. Before the Digestive Detox I could only eat one meal a day because of always feeling bloated and uncomfortable yet never feeling full. I have ulcerative colitis and have had this disease for 24 years. I have been hospitalized and have been on many drugs. I have decided to educate myself on my disease and research ways to get my health back without these awful drugs. I have read many books and with eating a specific diet and other lifestyle changes I am off the drugs. I listen and watch for any information that addresses colon health.

When I saw you on the TV with this product, I decided to give it a try. I am a 42 year old woman with primary progressive MS. The last 3 years since my diagnosis 4 years ago, I have had constant problems. One of them being going to the washroom. I purchased a 30 day supply of Dr-Ho’s Digestive Detox and finished taking it. I was really amazed with the results. As a young child, I always struggled with constipation and I am now 47 years old. There were times I had not gone to the washroom for a period of 2 to 3 days. Since taking the Digestive Detox, I lost 14 lbs and my belly is not as puffy as it was. I do not experience anymore bloating. I go to the washroom once or twice a day which is incredible for me. My craving for junk food stopped when I started on the Digestive Detox. I have always been constipated. Now this is not something that I generally share with most people, but I am so grateful and enthusiastic about the results of Dr. Ho’s Digestive Detox that I wanted to write to tell you about it.

I am 50 years old and have always struggled with constipation. These struggles manifested themselves into symptoms of painful gas, bloated stomach, back aches and general discomfort in my lower digestive area. On average I would eliminate waste once every 3 days or so, but it was not common during trips that I would l go for as many as 10 days without a bowel movement. One could say that it was my diet, but I eat lots of fruits, vegetables, low-fat meats and whole grains, so that wasn’t it.

After watching Dr. Ho’s ads for many months, I finally decided to try it. It worked the 2nd day that I was on it. However I then found that I was just as constipated as before after that 2nd day, but I preservered and after 10 days-I am now regular with my bowel movements coming twice daily. My stomach is flatter and I feel less tired and so much healthier.

I am writing this 3 weeks into my cleanse. I must say it feels great. I look forward to taking it everyday. I go 2-3 times a day. Also what I am most excited about; without actually dieting I have lost a few inches off of my waist and upper thighs. I do want to lose about 40 pounds and will order your shakes too. I have just tried on a pair of pants that were so tight at the waist that I wouldn’t wear them. I am now wearing these as I write this. I am shocked. This has given me a head start. Hi! I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with your product. I have only been taking it a few days and I already feel a huge difference. I had been taking a similar product, but felt like there was always something left that had not been eliminated, and after taking your product, for the first time ever I don’t feel bloated or like I have extra waste left inside of me.

I admit that I sometime don’t always eat right, but have been lucky as far as weight and health issues go. I highly recommend this product to everyone! I take the powder with pineapple juice, half a banana, and a dab of yogurt. I put it in the blender and that takes a bit of the edge off and makes it tasty. It would help if recipes were included to make the powder more enjoyable.

I’ve been ill for almost 20 years, something that affects my entire body. I have high levels of pain from head to toe (constant) as well as low levels of energy. Unfortunately, no one really knows what’s wrong, so "treatment" is only to keep the pain to a low enough level that I can, at least, function. Obviously, the answer for that is quite a lot of medication. As a doctor, you probably know what that does to my system. I found that this detoxification system is effective in promoting a more efficient means of keeping my system working than using any type of laxative. I’m 30 days in on a 60 day cleanse. I consider myself to be a very healthy person; regular exercise; eat nutritious foods and a regular cleanser. This is my 1st time with the Dr. Ho cleanse. When I started my intention was to regulate my bowels. Here’s what I have noticed so far on the Dr. Ho’s cleanse. I do have a daily bowel movement a day. Once in a while I have 2 bowel movements in a day.

Once using the product I felt an instant relief. I spent about 2 times in the restroom expelling myself. It seemed as it I had years of back-up in my system. I decided to try Dr-Ho’s Digestive Detox and was really happy with the results. I have decided to get 2 more 30 day cleansing systems to do it the right and complete way.
