1 tbsp Brown sugar

Chopped pineapples

 Ingredients:

12oz Lean sirloin beef steak
2 tblspoons Low sodium teriyaki sauce
10 Medium shitake mushrooms
8oz Snow peas
2 Large red bell peppers
1 ½ cup Low sodium chicken broth
3 tblspoons Hoisin sauce
1 ½ tblspoons Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
4 Scallions, thinly sliced, diagonally
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
Celery chopped
1 teaspoon Chili sauce
Chopped carrots

 Ingredients:

2 Pork tenderloin (12oz)
1 Medium red onion, chopped
1 Medium red bell pepper, chopped
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 cup Salsa
½ cup Chili sauce
¼ cup Unsulfured molasses
3 tplspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tplspoons Brown sugar
2 teaspoons Chili powder
2 teaspoon Dry mustard
Hot red pepper sauce to like and increase effect
½ cup Tomato sauce
add cooked carrots as a side for calorie
